i am a danish girl living in Stockholm, and i’m extreeeemely food focused! for me food should be both healthy, organic and pretty – but first and foremost it should be GOOD!
i grew up partly in eastern Africa, partly in a tiny village in southern Denmark.
i had my first beautiful child on january 1st 2009, – an experience which made me even more aware of the importance of the stuff we put in our bodies and how it affects us.
i am very keen on experimenting in the kitchen, and this blog will mostly be an outlet for the results of the experiments and thoughts on food, health and life in general.
